Antoinette brings over 20 years of experience supporting organizations and communities to grow in thoughtful, sustainable ways. Her work spans the charitable and community sector, including leadership roles with Odawa Native Friendship Centre and Small Change Fund, where she supported Indigenous- led initiatives and community well-being.

An alumna of the Harvard Women and Power Program, Antoinette believes in leadership rooted in collaboration, respect, and care—building systems that serve people well and strengthen communities for the long term.

When she’s not keeping an eye on budgets, Antoinette loves traveling to Sri Lanka, Bali or Thailand, where she spends time in the jungle practicing deep meditation, accompanied by the calls of purple-faced langurs and long-tailed macaques.
