The Entrepreneur Growth Program is our flagship initiative, created to support Indigenous entrepreneurs across Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, and the Yukon. Each year, a cohort of 8-10 entrepreneurs comes together to build business leadership skills and access wrap-around supports tailored to their goals.

Through applied learning and a strong circle of peers, mentors, and knowledge holders, entrepreneurs are supported to launch and scale their ventures and become ready to access capital that can take their impact even further. This program is designed not just to grow businesses, but to support the people behind them as they create lasting change in their communities.

What the Program Offers

  • Indigenous-Centred Business Education

    Participants get hands-on learning through curriculum designed for Northern contexts. This includes hybrid sessions and access to our eNorth App and wrap-around supports.

  • Coaching, Mentorship, and Guidance

    Each entrepreneur receives strategic guidance from experienced mentors, coaches and knowledge holders. This support helps shape ideas, sharpen business plans, and prepare ventures for growth.

  • Wellness and Life Balance Support

    Running a business in the North brings unique pressures. We offer wellness planning, support for mental and physical health, and help balancing personal and professional responsibilities.

  • Storytelling, Networking, and Investment Readiness

    We help you tell your story, build relationships, and create opportunities for exposure. Through pitch events, networking opportunities, and support from our capital readiness team, entrepreneurs who are ready for growth get concrete pathways to funding and support.

  • All Costs Covered for Participants

    We cover core program costs; travel across the North, accommodations, and per diems, so participants can focus on growth and learning. Additional supports include bursaries, wellness budgets, childcare during gatherings, and data subsidies.

  • Peer Network and Community Connection

    Join a circle of fellow entrepreneurs with similar visions and challenges. Cohorts bring together voices from across the North. Through shared experience and support we build community and solidarity. We are a growing family.
