Cora Kavyaktok
Program Manager
Cora Kavyaktok is an Inuk from Cambridge Bay, Nunavut, now based in Vermilion, Alberta. She is a photographer, entrepreneur, and program leader whose work is deeply rooted in storytelling, connection, and community. As the founder of Little Inuk Photography, Cora has spent close to 20 years capturing portraits that help people see themselves in a new light—through strength, identity, and self-worth. Her work has been featured nationally in Chatelaine Magazine, and showcased in a six-month solo exhibition at the Vancouver Maritime Museum as well as Internationally in Peru, Finland and Poland.
Cora brings a background in program management, with experience leading and supporting initiatives that empower northern and Indigenous youth through entrepreneurship and leadership development. She is passionate about creating spaces where people feel supported, confident, and able to step into their potential.
She is also the founder of Inuk Gold Clothing, a brand that uplifts Inuit artists and gives back to their communities through profit-sharing. Across everything she does, Cora is guided by a commitment to uplifting Inuit voices, building meaningful relationships, and creating work that reflects both resilience and possibility.
