Rohan Noronha is an impact-first investor, systems-change architect, and community-builder, and a proud Canadian with ancestral ties to Goa, India. He brings institutional impact investment experience across direct and fund investing, spanning portfolio construction, deal sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and portfolio management.

As a founding member of the Investment Team at Boann, Rohan helped build the organization from the ground up, deploying capital from the Government of Canada's Social Finance Fund toward purpose-driven organizations and impact funds. He led the full lifecycle execution of investments across community infrastructure, climate tech, affordable housing, and healthcare, structuring over $50M in transactions. Along the way, he supported the establishment of the systems and frameworks: from setting underwriting standards to portfolio monitoring processes, that allowed the young investment firm to responsibly grow its capital deployment.

At EntrepreNorth, Rohan is now applying that institution-building experience to the Sinew Impact Fund, supporting the full due diligence cycle from origination through Investment Committee presentation and designing standardized investment tools and credit assessment frameworks. He also delivers capacity-building programming for the team and mentors junior staff, helping shape the fund's investment infrastructure from the inside as it works to mobilize capital and support long-term prosperity across the North.

Earlier in his career, Rohan held strategy consulting roles with LEAP | Centre for Social Impact and global management consultancy Roland Berger. This experience gave him an appreciation for how organizations, at every scale, can navigate ambiguity and build processes that create opportunities for success.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Business Administration with a Certificate in Sustainability from Ivey Business School at Western University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Specialization in Political Science from Huron College at Western University.

Outside of work, Rohan moonlights as a DJ, is an avid traveler with over 45 countries visited, and has recently taken up improv and curling.
